During the work of COP 28 (Dubai, UAE) from November 30 to December 12, 2023, we will have to familiarize ourselves in the original with the results of the work of many UNFCC industry groups and the fundamental fundamental positions of the World countries, which are presented at plenary meetings, meetings and sessions of the Highest Level (expressed by the Presidents, Prime Ministers and Ministers of the participating countries) on to achieve the maximum intensity and mechanisms of joint action in the field of Reducing the negative consequences of Global Climate Change and the role of each COP 28 Participant in this process.
