Dr. Izerskiy Vladimir Vladimirovich

Biologist, entomologist, biochemist, senior manager of the department, author of numerous publications. He presents results of fund projects at the International and National Conferences and Symposia. At present, as the President of the foundation, he is building general policy of the foundation’s activity as well as the development strategy of the organization.

Dr. Gorochov Andrei Vasilievich

Vice-President

Biologist, entomologist, and paleontologist, He is the author of over 300 publications. In honor of A.V. Gorokhov, about 30 new taxa for science (mainly species and genera, one fossil family Gorochoviidae).

Efrain Edgar Bonzano Sosa

Executive Director

Forestry engineer, environmentalist. The main sponsor and founder of the Fund, who has served as Executive Director for more than 21 years. He is responsible for legal representation of the organization.

ANDREAS JAN GOGOLKA

EXTERNAL RELATIONS MANAGER

Graduated from the State University of Lower Saxony - Hildesheim - Germany in Public Law, Tax, Administration and Accounting, Graduated in Education from the University of the Peoples of the Americas in Puerto Rico/USA, having worked as a manager and consultant in various companies in Germany and Peru, he is Co-author of the book, “Mit dem Mittelstand die Zukunft gestalten” (“Developing the future of the German Nation with the middle class) and author of books on intensive German teaching and grammar. He is also a Polyglot (English, Polish, Spanish, German, French, Latin).

Rebeca Yuly Sanabria Baca

International cooperation Manager

Geographical Engineer with specializations in Environmental Management and Technologies, in Remote Sensing -Geographic Information Systems and in International Cooperation for development. She is currently Director of International Cooperation Affairs with extensive experience in the articulated strategic management of multilevel and multicultural collaborative spaces with a focus on Circular Economy, Climate Change, biodiversity and georeferenced information management. She is a trainer and researcher of biodiversity and multiculturalism. She belongs to the Network of scientific professionals from Peru, Colombia and Ecuador residing in Germany, she is also a member of the Social Leaders and Latin American Innovators of The Global School for Social Leaders in Vienna.

Essenia Gallardo Veliz

Research Director

Biologist. Environmentalist. She received a Master's Degree in Environmental Management and Public Administration Management. She is the Research Director at the moment. For 12 years, she has been working with various projects on keeping wild species of flora and fauna in captivity.

Juan Wilfredo Sosa Valenzuela

Operations manager

He is the engineer-zootechnician who holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Management and a Specialization in Wildlife Management and Preservation. As the Operations manager, he is an administrator and specialist in working with wild species in captivity.

Pozdnyakov Valeriy Anatolevich

Head of the Information Department

Naturalist, ecologist. Specialist in the field of technical support. In 2012, he took an active part in the interregional scientific expeditions on the territories of Ecuador and Peru.
